After finding out about how the localization team gutted the Interact mode into a model viewer, I was wondering there was a possibility to petition or protest the team into patching the original functionality back into the game.I really like this game. It runs smoothly, the art is nice, the music is well-made, the gameplay is simple but fun, and the UI is polished to such a high standard, yet it's tainted by censorship, reducing its characters to just cardboard cutouts and now the whole package feels like it's just missing something. There's absolutely zero incentive for me to increase my character's CP since all you get out of it is an untranslated voiceline with no subtitles that you can't even listen to unless you go into the voices option. Where is the character? The personality?

I'm poking at a digital mannequin here in this ironically named 'interact' mode and it infuriates me. More than half the reason I picked up this game was because I enjoyed the series and characters and that reason has been taken away from me.I've refunded everything I've purchased in this game and completely sworn off further support/purchases for this game, but if they would remove the censorship and add the functionality back in, as well as actually translate the lines as benefiting of an English localization, I'd gladly support Memoria Freese and add it back into my gacha budget.So I'm asking, is there any chance of this happening? Would it require directly contacting the localization team, or a petition, or anything? I really want to be able to enjoy the full experience and support a good game.Edit: Even the game wants itself uncensored. Waiting in the interaction room with a character causes them to question why you aren't interacting with them and just standing there like an idiot, and the game's. My absolutely abysmal understanding of Japanese tells me this is still the case, at least to some extent, with the 'Daily Voice' lines.

Real shame that they aren't translated. I honestly don't SUPER care about not being able to poke Loki in the boobs and hear her tell me off or whatever (I played with it a bit in KanColle for a little while, but it gets tired fast honestly and does serve about 0 purpose besides a good chuckle for a second), but at least translate what you keep in the game!.

Well, other reasons for raising CP level would be the free Iris and increased attributes for characters.But yeah, i agree this is a pretty douchy move. They are making money off of this property yet have the audacity to censor it because it is 'improper', thus alienating the exact people they are getting money from. This is pure Hypocrisy.I think it is unlikely they will add this back, unless the backlash is big enough. In terms of way lower revenue or significant refunds mind you, not just verbal online backlash.

I could have gotten at least 3 people to play this crap with me but now i'm actively discouraging them from trying until something change, and one of them is a little gacha whale lol.Of course the game will not go under because there are whales. But remember, whales pay to be better than everyone else, especially in a PvP-centric game. If there is no one to play with, do you really think they are gonna stick around?.
